S. Weidler 1973 - 2011 WALES - James S. Weidler, 37,
of Tiderman Road died
Thursday at the Mercy Medical
Center in Spring-field. He was born in West
Springfield on November 26th, 1973 to Norma
(Jacques) Weidler of Wales and the
late
Thomas Weidler. He has lived most of his life in
West Springfield and was a
graduate
of West Springfield High School Class of 1992. He
was an oil technician
and owner Apex Oil of West
Springfield. He also owned the Billie's Baked
Potatoes
Concession. He loved motocross, racing at the
Winchester Speed Park,
and camping. He enjoyed
football and played in the West Spfld. adult
Softball
League for years. His
greatest joy in life was the times spent with his
two
sons. He will be missed by
all who knew him. He was the beloved husband of Jody
(Patten) Weidler, loving father of Devin and Connor,
caring brother of Laura
Tomlin and her husband Hank,
Christopher Weidler, and William Weidler and his
friend Mary Denn, Susan Newman, Elizabeth Weidler,
Virginia Delnero and her
husband
Carm, and David Weidler and his friend Linda Dart.
He was predeceased by
his brother Thomas C.
Weidler. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
There
will be a Funeral Home
Service Monday 6:30 PM at the
TOOMEY-O'BRIEN FUNERAL
HOME,
1043 Westfield Street, West Spfld. Burial will be at
the convenience of
the family. Calling hours
will precede the service from 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM. In
lieu of flowers donations in Jim's memory may be
made to the James S. Weidler
Children's Fund, c/o United Bank, 1325 Springfield
Street, Feeding Hills, MA 01030.
