We are anticipating this weekend to be busy. To maximize parking space, we will be monitoring parking for this event. Please park awning to awning and no saving spots. If you want to park together you will need to come together. We are going to open up Friday at 12pm to avoid a back up on Route 10. Please DO NOT BLOCK the driveway to Winchester Motorsports. It is open and customers need to have access to the parking area.

(Please do not come before 12pm on Friday. I do not have a gate person. Thank you)

We encourage signing up before Sunday Morning if at all possible.

REMINDER WE START AT 8AM SUNDAY
WITH 1 SITE LAP to ensure we get racing completed before we lose daylight

Race Entry Fees
$40 first 2 classes each and $20 each additional class

Transponder Rental:
$10 per day with $300 available on cc or cash
as collateral

$5 Mechanic Pass non-members
(1 mechanic per rider must be 18)

Make sure you pre-register for the correct races EACH DAY HAS A SEPARATE LINK.
Pit Bike Team Relays will sign up at the track. All team members must be at sign up together to register.

4 Person Pit Bike Relay 1 Moto 8 laps
Parent Pit Bike Relay 1 Moto 4 laps

4 Person Pit Bike Relay 1 (8 Lap Moto)
Each team member will complete 2 laps.   1 pair of granny panties will be given to each team. Each team member will do 2 laps in a row. After completing your 2 laps, you must switch riders and take off the panties so the next rider can put them on before doing their 2 laps. Once your 2 laps are completed , you will be directed to a designated area to wait until the race is finished. The first team to complete all 8 laps and hand the panties to me will be first place
and so on for second and third place finishes
(1 plaque for each team member)

6:15pm Trick or Treating Costume Parade around pit road. Line up in front of sign up to start. Trick or treat will be on your own walking around. Parents please walk with your kids to trick or treat Candy will be handed out at the road in front of your pit area.

Bonfire (if burning ban is lifted)

We have a new insurance company that requires A MINOR RELEASE SIGNED BY ALL MINORS AND 1 PARENT AT THE ENTRANCE GATE. NON RACERS INCLUDED.
(This will take a little bit of time please be patient with us) Your 2023 waiver card will be ready by the end of race day. Please pick it up in the sign up at the gate.
